India Drone Laws and Regulations

In India, drones are technically banned primarily since the government was worried about them being used in potential terrorist attacks. They are also worried about them being used to spy on government installations, or having operators fly them to close to airports and cause interference with aircraft.

You have permission from the owner of the private property to fly them there. If you wish to fly your drone over public property you will need permission from the local authorities prior to flying your drone.
